As Office Manager, Marianna oversees the day-to-day operations that keep the company running smoothly. From managing office logistics to supporting employees across teams, she ensures that the workplace remains organized, efficient, and welcoming. Her role requires adaptability, attention to detail, and a steady presence, qualities Marianna consistently brings to everything she does.
One of Marianna’s favorite aspects of her role is interacting with employees and planning company events. She enjoys fostering connection across the organization and takes pride in creating opportunities for employees to come together, strengthening Venturi’s sense of community.
As Venturi’s first employee, she wore many hats and helped lay the foundation for the organization’s success. She has been an integral part of Venturi’s growth into a well-established company, supported its transition to Chenega, and is now fully immersed in the Chenega culture, embracing new opportunities while preserving the values that have always defined Venturi.
Outside of work, Marianna enjoys decompressing with her husband and son. Family is her biggest motivator, and she speaks with deep admiration for her husband, whom she considers a constant source of strength. His strong work ethic inspires her and those around him, reinforcing the importance of dedication, resilience, and balance.
