Chenega Systems (CS) brings qualified personnel as supplemental resources to the current USMA Information Technology (IT) ecosystem. CS provides all necessary materials, logistical support, technical data, programmers, and services associated with the warranty repair and troubleshooting of client resources. Our goal is to assist in the preventative maintenance of correlated IT products, documentation, deployments, and quality assurance in support of the USMA’s mission.

Onsite Helpdesk Support
Chenega Systems (CS) was selected to meet The United States Military Academy’s (USMA) requirement for Information Technology (IT) support to supply Tier 1 helpdesk support with hands-on physical capabilities. CS ensures that troubleshooting queries to over 7,500 end users including cadets, faculty, and staff are supported. The CS team is the first point of contact for all end users and performs triage regarding complex IT Help Desk related issues.
Remote Help Desk Support
CS provides the United States’ Military Academy (USMA) at West Point with remote Enterprise Information Technology Helpdesk (Tier 0 and Tier 1) support for 10,000 cadets, faculty, and staff. This includes multi-channel communication, comprehensive training, redundancy & disaster recovery, extracting/exporting ticketing data, and maintaining compliance and industry-standard security.
Audio & Visual as a Service (AVaaS)
CS currently supports the United States Military Academy (USMA) at West Point with Audio and Visual (AV) Technician services for the installation, maintenance, and support of visual information facilities and equipment, to support USMA and its directorates and organizations. CS deploys prototype audio visual equipment and systems and maintains and operates audio systems.
