Chenega Analytic Business Solutions (CABS) provides federal agencies and commercial customers trusted insights in Intelligence, Information Technology, Engineering, and Training. Formed in 2017 to serve federal customers, CABS has grown quickly into a leader in the federal IT and Training environment.

CABS is an 8(a) certified and Alaska Native Corporation (ANC) – owned. We provide IT & Mission System Support (MSS) for the Federal Government. We have 260 employees and operate in multiple locations CONUS and OCONUS in Asia, Europe, and the Middle East. We are direct award eligible for up to $100M for DOD and up to $25M for all federal agencies, without J&A.

We offer a full-lifecycle training capability encompassing curriculum development; virtual and distance learning; intergration; pre-implementation sustainment; and simulation education and training delivery analysis.

We provide detailed coordination of complex operations involving many people, facilities, and supplies. Proper management of complex actions can reduce cost and mitigate risk. We provide logistics and fleet infrastructure support, assisting locations with security, chain-of-custody, condition assessments, asset, personnel, and fleet management, as well as infrastructures and information.

The collection, dissemination, and reporting of intelligence to the right place at the right time is critical to our nation. We provide studies and analyses, technology planning, and capability assessments to support a range of intelligence functions for our customers.

Past Performance

CABS provides software development support for GVSC’s data management systems and its computer networking enterprises. We provide information technology services to Ground Vehicle Systems Center (GVSC) Web Enabled Services (WES), Advanced Center for Engineering (ACE) partners and
Technology Services-Network Ops.

CABS provides technical CONUS/OCONUS support for current and future site surveys, deployment, installation, integration, commissioning, repair, upgrade, and decommissioning activities.

CABS provides computer management and help desk support services for SWFLANT. This support includes Operational Support, Help Desk Operations, Help Desk Call Tracking System Administration, Network Operations, Cybersecurity/Information Assurance/System Security Program Support, and more.

CABS provides a Project Manager, Information System Security Officer, and Primary Applications Developer/Database Administrator to effectively manage the Asset Management System Software’s development for the OST, Asset Management System Software. We ensure the cybersecurity posture
of the information system, application, and network, while managing and servicing the help desk.

CABS provides cybersecurity professionals, IT specialists, and technicians to perform Cross Domain Solution (CDS) Risk Management for the Naval Meteorology and Oceanography Command (NMOC).

CABS supports the Naval Computer and Telecommunications Area Master Station Atlantic (NCTAMSLANT) mission by providing Emergency and Routine Remote Technical Assistance Services (ETAS) Tier 3 support, along with scheduled and unscheduled preventive and corrective Operations and
Maintenance (O&M) services at Guantanomo Bay, Cuba.

CABS provides mailroom support, facility planning, design, document production, architectural support, and inventory management for the Navy Yard in Washington, DC. We provide configuration control for facility modifications and maintain digital floor plans.

CABS provides weather operations program management services in support of the ACC/A3W. We are expanding the workload, performing command and shared lead command operations duties, and Organization, Training, and Equipping (OT&E) duties for all assigned weather organizations. This includes operations research and implementation of revised Air Force metrics policy; increasing the realism of Live, Virtual, and Constructive Operational Training (LVC-OT) environmental simulations; and the Distributed Mission Operations (DMO) management process.

CABS assists the Navy Personnel Command (NPC) by providing program management as well as Defense Enrollment Eligibility Reporting System (DEERS) and Real-time Automated Personnel Identification System (RAPIDS) sites around the world, including at Naval bases in Guam, Japan, Spain, Italy, and Greece. CABS will be responsible for determining eligibility, issuing, and retrieving/ returning Common Access Cards (CAC), and issuing and retrieving/destroying non-CAC ID cards as applicable.

CABS provides Visual Information (VI) services to the Army, including photography, video production, graphic design, and training aid development and fabrication.

CABS is replacing existing video & audio hardware, software, and cabling in the JAG School, on Maxwell Air Force Base (AFB) with a modern audio visual over internet protocol-based system at the Annex Learning Center. CABS ensures connectivity between the old building and the new JAG school wing. We also serve the Air Force Judge Advocate General at the Pentagon, administrating audio and video installations in accordance to contract requests.

CABS provides construction surveillance support services to the Airborne Command & Control and Logistics Wing to oversee construction and building security to building P404, the newest facility onboard NS Norfolk. This facility provides fleet use and training for East Coast Airborne Command and Control Squadrons. CABS directly provides personnel, transportation, supplies, and tools to eliminate any security risks on relevant construction sites.

CABS provides Role Player (RP) technical training services in support of Threat Systems Management Office (TSMO) and Department of Defense (DOD) training exercises. RPs fill the role of insurgents, terrorists, embedded foreign command staff/military/police units, local common townspeople, and other personnel encountered in the intended theater of operations. Exercises perform at locations throughout the continental United States and provide test and training support for platforms evaluated for future testing and training events.

CABS provides International Military Student (IMS) support in support of Air Education and Training Command (AETC). We provide program management, lodging, logistics, transportation and meal support to Royal Singapore Air Force (RSiAF) and Royal Saudi Air Force (RSAF) cadets, across nine locations CONUS.

CABS provides logistics, word processing, editorial support, symposium/meeting support, delivery of training materials, and information dissemination support services for FEMA. We support thousands of resident courses, specialized meetings, national-level symposiums, and workshops annually for FEMA’s Emergency Management Institute (EMI).

CABS assists in the acquisition and management of Navy training systems and provides engineering and instructional design staffing support for the Sailor2025 Ready Relevant Learning (RRL). Our support for the NAWCTSD includes Integrated Product Support, Program Management Support, Systems Engineering Support, and other systems/technological support.
